In contrast to cPanel, with Hepsia you can keep one single hosting user account so as to regulate all your web pages, files, mail accounts, databases, domains, billing transactions and customer support tickets, and to inspect your web page statistics (whereas cPanel requires a second login for domain name and invoice administration activities; sometimes even a third account login is required for the client support GUI!!!). The multi-functional, drag and drop File Manager added in Hepsia will most likely make the recourse to any FTP software futile. The CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions are the OS alternatives distributed with the dedicated web space hosting servers.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting Control Panel is a standard tool only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and arrives for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited web site names under one single web hosting user account. This is conceivable thanks to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager interface. The other hosting Control Panel tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use 2 separate web hosting user accounts. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain name registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting CP choice.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered CP platforms, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domain names in one web hosting account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel interfaces do not present such function at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and for that reason they require TWO separate web hosting account logins: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 website management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia web hosting CP sustains Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin CP interfaces can operate only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
